We process your personal data that we receive from you or third parties in the course of business relations. This is usually contact data (name, address, telephone number and e-mail address) and – if required in the course of business – bank and payment data as well as other data that you voluntarily provide to us in the course of processing the contractual relationship.
We process your personal data exclusively within the framework of the statutory provisions, in particular in compliance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation. We process your personal data on the basis of the following legal grounds and for the following purposes
contract initiation, contract execution and termination of contractual relationships (Art. 6 para. 1 b DSGVO) as well as for general communication with business partners
on the basis of legal requirements (Art. 6 para. 1a DSGVO), e.g. for the fulfillment of commercial law or tax retention obligations, for the fulfillment of reporting or information obligations towards authorities.
